  • OEM Equivalent Filters: While we strive to guarantee fit and compatibility, it is the end user’s responsibility to confirm. Returns for items that do not fit will be subject to approval and a restocking fee.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

    • Credits are generally processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Exchanges

  • Product Exchanges: Whenever possible, we will exchange the product before providing a return or credit. Our technical sales team will work with you to find the right product for your application, helping to avoid unnecessary returns. All exchanges are subject to approval.

6. Damaged Items in Transit

  • Refusing Shipment: If your item arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at [email protected] so we may proceed with the carrier’s policies.
  • Acceptance of Damaged Items: If you accidentally accept a damaged item, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we may file a claim with the carrier.
